Hospice of Kona...

Hospice of Kona enables patients to stay at home supported by their
loved ones.Hospice of Kona is a specialized health care program
focused on the whole person—body, mind and spirit.
It is designed to bring personalized, sensitive,
compassionate health care and support to individuals and
their families facing the advanced stages of a life-limiting
illness. Hospice recognizes that a patient who is dealing
with the end of life seeks and deserves comfort in every
aspect of his/her life. Hospice embraces that when a cure is
not possible, the end of life can still be filled with love
and comfort.
Hospice of Kona is a team working not only with the patient, but also
with the family, caregivers and friends.
When you ask for assistance you will know that an entire
team of professionals and trained volunteers will be at your
side to develop a comprehensive health care plan to meet the
specific needs of your loved one.
Hospice of Kona believes in supporting people’s wishes to approach the
end of life with a greater sense of empowerment, comfort and
peace.
